Dental Front Desk Receptionist ( 2 years minimum experience)

As a key member of our team, you will help ensure an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment for both our patients and staff. Office Hours:

Monday-Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Friday:

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (as needed) Responsibilities include: Appointment scheduling and coordination Patient check-in/check-out Answering phones and managing patient communication Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting the clinical team and helping office flow run smoothly Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator required Experience with dental practice management software such as EagleSoft, Curve, Dentrix, or OpenDental preferred Experience working with PPO insurance plans and fee-for-service (FFS) patients Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Your contributions will be vital as we continue to grow and enhance our services.
