  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and organized
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and faxing
  • Support administrative tasks that facilitate clinic operations and enhance patient experience Required Skills
  • Front desk or medical office administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with office software and basic administrative tools Additional Skills & Requirements
  • Previous experience in a medical or clinical environment is preferred
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Experience handling patient records and appointment scheduling preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
