Full-Time Front Desk / Dental Office Coordinator We are looking for an experienced Front Desk / Dental Office Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. Dental front desk experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Requirements At least 6 years of verifiable dental front desk experience (required) Proficiency with Dentrix software Experience with dental insurance verification Knowledge of dental insurance billing and coding Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Responsibilities Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Manage patient recall system Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Present and discuss treatment plans with patients Process billing, patient payments, and insurance claims Maintain accurate patient records Prepare and present accounts receivable (aging) reports Provide outstanding customer service and support Schedule & Benefits Full-time Monday-Friday Competitive compensation Benefits available If you meet the qualifications and enjoy working in a professional, patient-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
