You don't get flustered by a blunt moment or a packed waiting room — you stay calm, professional, and focused on the patient in front of you. You thrive with clear routines and well-defined expectations rather than needing constant change, and when something needs to be done, you handle it. Most importantly, you bring patience, warmth, and genuine care to every patient interaction — the kind of steady presence that balances well with a fast-paced, results-driven clinical team.
