Full Job Description Job Summary:

Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and handle client inquiries Warmly greet clients upon arrival and assist with their needs Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and handle client inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa's booking system Assist in managing spa bookings to maximize efficiency Provide information about spa services, treatments, and promotions Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming Follow up on leads of promos for clients Follow up with previous clients to ensure high client retention Process payments Must open and close spa during operating hours Including completion of opening and closing task lists Work closely with spa therapists and management to ensure client satisfaction Provide feedback from clients to improve services and experiences Be friendly, happy and smile a lot while having fun working with your team
