This exciting role combines customer service with essential administrative duties, ensuring our patients receive top-notch care and support.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist in the preparation and organization of medical documentation. Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient flow. Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. Handling medical records requests from doctors, insurers, and attorneys. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience. Maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a medical office or receptionist role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical software systems. EMR knowledge preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
