This individual must have an excellent attitude, great customer service skills, able to multi-task as needed, and must be fluent in English and Spanish. This position's responsibilities include, but are not limited, to: Check and verify dental insurance benefits and usage Follow up on open claims Answer phone calls Check-in and check-out patients Collect and post payments on the patient's account Input insurance payments Book appointments for new and existing patients Explain treatment plan options to patients, as directed by the treating dentist Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred, but not required.
