South Florida Plastic Surgery is looking for a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering exceptional service while managing both inbound and outbound calls as well as in-person interaction. About Us South Florida Plastic Surgery is a premier plastic surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, advanced procedures, and life-changing results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us. Responsibilities Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently Conduct outbound follow-ups with prospective and existing patients Schedule consultations and procedures accurately Provide detailed information about services, procedures, and next steps Maintain accurate patient records and notes in our system Deliver a 5-star patient experience on every interaction Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations Skills Previous experience in customer service, call center, or medical scheduling preferred Strong communication skills (phone, verbal, and written) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily Comfortable with CRM/EMR systems Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule Monday - Friday (Business Hours) No weekends required Why Join Us?
