Job Description

Full-time Front Desk Referral Coordinator needed for a Vascular Center located in Pembroke Pines/ Hollywood. Requirements
  • Need candidate with experience handling front desk duties: taking calls, helping patients, F/U with patients for appointment confirmation, checking out patients, handling patient payments/batches, and assisting the Physicians and Office Manager as needed with multiple tasks/projects.
  • Must possess STRONG check in-out experience as well as knowledge of health insurance/referrals and verification.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3 year experience preferably in a doctor's office setting
  • Vascular Experience a plus!
  • Computer skills required
  • EMR and scheduling software.
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish, a plus-A professional and courteous demeanor is a must.
