Bilingual Medical Front Desk Receptionist (Pediatrics)MA/billing specialist

Immediate opening for an experienced front desk receptionist. Candidates must be a medical assistant and have pediatric experience as well as be fluent in English and Spanish. Experience and knowledge needed in regards to verify commercial and Medicaid insurance, prior authorizations, check in/check out, able to answer multiple incoming phone lines. must have experience and Knowledge of how to verify ,calculate And collect various insurances copays /deductibles and past balances Duties include: Check in/check out patients Answer multiple incoming phone lines, assist with scheduling and confirming Verify insurances, have a understanding of different insurance companies and their different plans Obtain prior authorizations if necessary Multi task between assignments e-Clinical Works experience is preferred. Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
