Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective interaction with a diverse patient base. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced enviornment Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
