Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist for a Personal Injury based clinic. This person should be a professional, energetic, and punctual with great customer service skills. Must be able to multitask with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members. We've been treating our community for over 24 years and are looking to take our clinic to the next level. At least 2 years' experience is a must. Bilingual is a plus. Front Desk duties include but not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering Phones
- Entering patient demographics in Athena
- Insurance verification on all new patients
- Updating correlating spreadsheets
- Schedule patients for future appoints according to treatment plan between multiple providers
- Coordinating all referrals for specialists
- Ensuring specialist notes are received in a timely manner
Knowledge Base:
- Familiar with medical and personal injury based operations (ie. patient treatment plans, imaging and specialist referrals, settlements, etc.)
- Experienced with Athena
- Skilled in customer service and efficient time management.
- Background check will be performed on all candidates before hiring.
- References are a must
