Front Desk Specialist Our cardiology office operates at a fast pace and needs a front desk specialist to perform various tasks such as checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate data and records, and answering phone calls. To fit this role, you must possess a positive attitude, a calm demeanor, and a compassionate and caring nature. This position offers a challenging opportunity to impact our community significantly. There are SO many new changes coming that we need someone who thinks on their feet, is flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances. The highest level of professionalism is an absolute must. Health Insurance Experience and eclinicalworks (eCW) a must. If you don't have Front Desk experience , please do not apply.Responsibilities:
Health Insurance Verification Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front door of the office Answer inbound phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel Check in and Check out patients as they enter the office Scheduling Sorting and sending mail Answering and routing phone calls Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area including but not limited to the lobby, office, common areas, and lobby areas Responsible for daily maintenance of office equipment including phones, fax machines, copiers, printers, etc. Must be able to work at all locations (The Villages and Leesburg) Bilingual a HUGE plus!Qualifications:
