Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced receptionis/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing general dentistry office in Dowling Park, FL. We are searching for someone who is organized, patient-focused, team-oriented, and confident in leading staff while helping create a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating patient treatment plans and scheduling Presenting treatment and discussing financial options with patients Managing daily office flow and supporting front office operations working with and motivating team members Assisting with staff communication and problem solving Helping maintain excellent patient experience and office efficiency Insurance verification and basic knowledge of dental billing preferred

Qualifications:

Dental office experience required Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental software preferred We are looking for someone who values teamwork, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about both patients and staff. Competitive pay based on experience. Monday-Thursday schedule.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
