Job Overview Delight Dental Staffing is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist. Prior dental experience is Required. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, clinic experience, and a thorough understanding of dental procedures, including dental software systems such as Eaglesoft. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality dental care while developing your career in dental administration. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Verify patient insurance coverage, including dental insurance knowledge Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software and coordinate patient flow throughout the day. Eaglesoft knowledge is a Must. Manage patient records with accuracy, including documentation review and input healthcare records Handle phone communication with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and confirm appointments Collect payments, process medical collections when applicable, and perform dental billing using dental coding, and other billing procedures Maintain clinic supplies and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies Support dental office management tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and maintaining organized medical records Assist with clinical documentation review, care plans coordination, and dental terminology clarification as needed Experience Previous clinic or dental office experience is required. Strong knowledge of dental software systems such a Eaglesoft. Familiarity with dental insurance procedures including dental claims processing Demonstrated customer service skills in a dental setting with excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively Knowledge of clinical confidentiality policies and healthcare documentation standards Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We value reliable, proactive individuals who thrive on providing exceptional patient service while supporting the daily operations in a dental setting.
