Tuesday - Friday 8:00 a.m- 5:30 p.m
Saturday :
8-12 pm
Key Responsibilities Patient Check-In:
Welcome patients, verify personal information, and collect insurance cards and co-pays.
Scheduling:
Book, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling software.
Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls, answer basic questions, and route urgent medical calls to nurses or doctors.
Data Entry:
Update electronic health records (EHR) with accurate patient details and visit notes.
Billing Support:
Collect payments, issue receipts, and assist patients with basic billing questions.
Office Organization:
Keep the waiting area clean and restock forms, clipboards, and office supplies.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish Able to pass background check Able to pass drug test
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
