Job Description

We are looking for a professional and dependable Bilingual Medical Receptionist to support the front desk of a busy medical office. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, comfortable working with patients, and able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and route calls as needed.

Check patients in and out and verify demographic and insurance information.

Assist patients with basic questions regarding appointments, paperwork, and office procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the office system.

Collect required forms, identification, insurance information, and payments when applicable.

Coordinate appointment scheduling and communicate changes or reminders to patients.

Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the medical office.

Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and professional.
