This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional patient dental care and supporting efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (English and Spanish) dental experience, and familiarity with dental software systems. Experience with general dentistry, infection control, and dental documentation is highly valued. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate record-keeping, and delivering high-quality dental services in a professional environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process using Eaglesoft. Minimun 2years of experience in dental Software (EAGLE SOFT) Schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and update dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations answer phone call, verify insurances, submitting insurance claims, collecting copays, explaining treatment cost, managing appointment calendar, confirming appointments (call, text, email). Manage dental documentation, coding, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for insurance PPO claims and billing Support infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment in accordance with OSHA guidelines Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, managing patient flow, and handling general reception tasks Good communication and organization Basic computer skills Professional and friendly attitude Ability to multitask.
