Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to provide an exceptional experience for our patients from the first phone call through check-out. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast-paced dental office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients with a professional and positive attitude Confirm appointments and help maintain a productive schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Review treatment plans, explain financial options, and collect payments Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims Assist with treatment coordination and patient follow-up Maintain accurate patient records and update health/insurance information
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and dental billing preferred Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar) a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills:
Treatment presentation and case acceptance experience Insurance verification and claim management experience Excellent phone skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
