Medical Receptionist

Our growing Dermatology Practice is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team!

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Medical Receptionist experience (required) Dermatology experience (preferred) Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations (required) Strong multitasking and organizational skills (required) Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player (required)

Responsibilities:

Greet patients in person and on the phone with a warm, professional attitude Check-in, check-out, scheduling, and patient coordination Verify insurance and obtain authorizations Collect payments, manage referrals, and complete scanning/faxing tasks Perform other front office duties as assigned
