Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to Check-in and Check-out patients Check-Out all patients on a daily basis Back-up the Front Desk Associate as needed Answer multiple telephone lines promptly, courteously and professionally Schedule, confirm, and cancel office appointments Assist confirm upcoming appointments at least 48 hrs. in advance Ensures that proper authorization or referral is sent to Primary Care Physician and received for each patient. Follow-up on no-show appointments Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Bilingual - Must speak English and Spanish 2 +years experience in a medical office Strong computer literacy Billing experience is a plus Works well under pressure and to multitask High school diploma or GED equivalent

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
