Job Summary Dental experience at least 3 years. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and support office management activities. Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently will help create a professional and friendly environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members using Dentrix. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications. .Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting customer support inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while ensuring all office procedures are followed efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Prior experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofreading is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of dental receptionist duties. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while supporting office operations seamlessly.
