Full-Time Medical Office Specialist for Busy Retina Practice Our fast-paced, single-specialty medical practice is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Medical Office Specialist to join our team. Hiring immediately for a full-time position to handle daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to accuracy. Experience with patient scheduling , appointment coordination, and administrative tasks. Ability to prepare patients for exams and ensure accurate documentation. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a busy environment. Professional, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1 years of experience in insurance verification. At least 1 years of experience in a fast-paced medical office. Ophthalmology or retina experience is a plus , but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong computer skills and the ability to manage patient data with accuracy. Solid work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
