Overview We're seeking a professional, warm, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our wellness practice. Our ideal candidate is friendly, confident, and naturally engaging, who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, making others feel welcome, and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door In this role, you'll be one of the first faces our clients see and an important part of their overall experience. You'll help create a welcoming environment, build lasting client relationships, and keep our front desk running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in procedures. Handle phone communication efficiently by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls with proper phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling using EMR/EHR system, Cerbo. Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and ensure electronic health records are accurately managed and updated. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a receptionist in an office. Prior clinic or medical office experience is not required but preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to communicate effectively within a small team environment. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies. Ability to work independently, stay focused, and take initiative. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience using Mac computers. Ability to start immediately. This position is strictly for a Front Desk Receptionist and does not include office manager responsibilities. We specialize in hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, and peptide therapies. $22.00

•$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
