Oviedo, FL Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and managing messages Scheduling patient appointments Organizing and handling faxes Scanning insurance cards and photo IDs Collecting and posting payments Entering basic documentation into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Coordinating with pharmacies and insurance companies Communicating with patients and families regarding clinical concerns Faxing and processing referrals
