About the
Job:
Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a brand new, state-of-the-art, private dental office and is currently seeking a full-time front desk coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position will support management with administrative tasks, reception, and insurance tasks. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
  • Performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, verifying insurance, submit and follow up on insurance claims, collect co pays and reviewing financial accounts.
  • Are comfortable providing front office support, such as greeting patients and answering phones
  • Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service
  • Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position
  • Are committed to adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
  • 1 year experience in dental administration
  • Preferred
  • The ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility

Schedule:
  • Full-time position (Monday-Wednesday & Friday).
Pay:
$16.00
  • $20.
00 per hour
