Candidates pursuing education in physical therapy, medical assisting or health administration are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Collect patient responsibility payments (copays, coinsurance, deductibles) at time of service Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information in EMR system Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding patient scheduling and needs Work closely with insurance and billing departments at HQ to address patient account needs and resolve issues

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday:

8:00 AM - 7:00

PM Tuesday/Friday:

8:00 AM - 1:00

PM Employment Requirements:
