About us My Dental Smile is a small business in Palm Springs, FL. We are professional, agile and our goal is to hire a candidate with 3 years of Dental Practice Experience Minimum. .
Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Growth opportunities Front Desk Receptionist with 3 years of Dental Front Office Experience.
Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the organization
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Open Dental Software, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
