This position is focused primarily on answering incoming calls, assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every caller receives professional and compassionate service. No prior medical experience is required—we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help patients. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally, courteously, and efficiently Assist patients with questions and direct calls to the appropriate department when needed Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately Gather and document patient information clearly and thoroughly Communicate important messages to providers and staff Provide excellent customer service during every patient interaction Manage a high volume of calls while remaining organized and attentive Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on patient needs Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone Proactive, dependable, self-motivated, and well-organized Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately Ability to remain patient and professional during challenging interactions No prior medical experience required—we provide comprehensive training for the right individual Schedule Monday through
