Confidential Pembroke Pines, FL Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Dental receptionist English Eaglesoft Insurance provider collaboration Full Job Description Overview Our office is seeking for a dedicated front desk, ( bilingual Spanish/English is a plus) with computer skills and health care systems (knowledge of Eaglesoft program ). The applicant for the position must have the ability to write letters, narratives and send reports. Dental Insurance experience (verifying insurance benefits, sending claims, collecting co-pays, break downs, receiving and entering insurance payments, reviewing past due bills and following up on past due accounts, scheduling appointments, answering phones ). Good personal rapport with patients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
  • File and maintain patient records in an organized manner
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Provide excellent customer support and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned, ensuring timely completion
Experience:
Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
Language:
Spanish (Preferred)
