Our state-of-the-art practice is looking for a fun, friendly, and diligent Medical Receptionist to join our team. We serve a diverse population—from infants to adults—and we need a team member who can provide a seamless, professional experience for every person who walks through our doors. Patient Coordination:
Manage high-volume phones and schedule appointments for both sick and well visits across all age groups.
Electronic Health Records Management:
Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) to manage patient records, scheduling, and documentation with high accuracy.
Front-End Operations:
Greet patients and visitors, handle check-outs, and process payments accurately.
Insurance & Records:
Verify insurance coverage and ensure all patient data is current and compliant.
Office Agility:
Think and react to front-office events effectively and swiftly to ensure a smooth patient flow. What You Bring (Qualifications)
Clinical Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a clinical setting is required.
Communication Mastery:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to interact with children, parents, and adult patients with ease.
Computer Skills:
High proficiency in computer use and typing; experience with eCW (eClinicalWorks) is highly preferred.
Language Skills:
The ability to speak a second language is valued, but not required.
Medical Knowledge:
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification processes. Qualities for
