We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude, good communication skills and ability to multi-task. Desired applicant should be friendly, a team-player, and an eager employee that can engage with our patients while performing essential front-desk functions that include: Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Checking patients in/out and scheduling appointments Answering high-volume incoming calls and take messages accordingly Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information. Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information. (HIPAA) Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes. Collecting balances, copays, co-insurances Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Bilingual required (Spanish) Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday through Friday Rate of pay is determined based on experience and skills.
