RECEPTIONIST

to facilitate patient intake and routing in our Physical Therapy Office and our Diagnostic Testing Company. We are a successful Physical Therapy organization, operating in the Tampa Bay area.

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE VERY CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE WORKING IN AND MAINTAINING UPDATED EXCEL SPREADSHEETS.

The position will involve: Welcoming patients Entering patient data accurately in the computer Scheduling appointments Assist with rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed Calling patients to confirm appointments Interacting with the clinicians for proper patient flow Routing phone calls. Perform insurance verification Obtain insurance authorization Maintain organization of patient records in compliance with HIPAA Process patient payments Excellent communication skills, open & friendly personality, and a willingness to help others and enhance the patient experience are keys to this position.
