INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT

services, by entering charges as well as obtaining authorizations, handling referrals etc. . This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our practice while providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Excellent customer services skills required. Responsibilities Process medical billing claims using Athena Health software. Code medical procedures and diagnoses accurately to ensure proper reimbursement. Schedule appointments, answer phones and assist with front desk operations as needed. Communicate effectively with patients regarding billing inquiries and payment options. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing and coding in a medical outpatient setting. Proficiency in working on an EMR system. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. M- F and rotating Weekends.
