Medical Receptionist/ Front Desk (Must be available to work at Wellington and Stuart locations) Allergy and Asthma Specialists of South Florida Stuart, FL Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Uniform allowance Qualifications Spanish English Medical scheduling High school diploma or GED Delegation Time management Full Job Description We are a fast-paced, allergy practice looking to add a part-time, long-term medical receptionist to our team. We pride ourselves in maintaining a positive attitude and a low turn over rate in our practice. We have office locations in both Wellington and Stuart. Our staff travels between our two office locations, with travel stipends provided. Monday is 10-7 in Wellington. Wednesday and Friday is 8-5 in Stuart. Both pediatric and adult patients are seen at our practice. Experience is preferred. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Salary will be based on prior experience. Responsibilities Greet patients with a friendly attitude Check patients in/out at the front desk Answer and delegate phone calls Schedule appointments Assist in other billing/secretarial duties Skills Proven working experience as a medical receptionist is preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish Team-player with a positive attitude Great verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Dependable, punctual
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
