$18•22/hour, depending on experience We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join a busy Neurology practice in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have strong medical front office experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced specialty setting. Responsibilities Greet, check in, and check out patients Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Verify insurance coverage and patient demographics Process referrals and prior authorizations Answer phones and assist patients with questions Maintain accurate patient records using

Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Provide excellent customer service to patients and families Support daily front office operations Qualifications Previous medical front office/reception experience required
