Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and review financial options with patients Follow up on unscheduled treatment and build trust over time Collaborate closely with clinical team to ensure smooth case handoffs Coordinate with insurance to verify benefits and pre-authorizations Accurately document case notes, payments, and scheduling details Maintain a high standard of patient care and communication Help patients understand the why behind recommended care

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role Knowledge of insurance verification and third-party financing (Cherry, CareCredit, etc.) Confident discussing financials and presenting larger treatment plans Strong communicator — both in person and via phone/email/text Familiarity with Oryx is a plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
