Position Overview We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Dental Call Agent & Front Desk Coordinator to manage phone communications and appointment scheduling across our group of practices.
PLEASE NOTE
This role requires proven experience using Denticon practice management software . Candidates without prior Denticon experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Answer high-volume inbound calls professionally, warmly, and efficiently across our multi-location dental group(s). Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments in Denticon while optimizing practice schedules. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and represent our brand with a positive, patient-focused attitude. Accurately enter and update patient demographics, insurance details, and notes in Denticon. Address patient questions, handle scheduling inquiries, and coordinate communication.
Qualifications & Requirements Denticon Experience:
Minimum of [1+ year / 2+ years] hands-on experience using Denticon dental software ( Required ).
Scheduling & Phone Experience:
Proven experience with dental appointment scheduling and professional phone etiquette ( Required ).
