About Us Augusta Urology is a leading urology practice and surgery center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a professional and compassionate environment. We are currently seeking a dependable and adaptable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phones and direct calls in a courteous and timely manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling patient records and information Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support surgery center operations
Schedule Full Time:
4/10 schedule
Surgery Center Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous experience in a medical office, administrative, or clerical role strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with a focus on patient care and teamwork Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing needs Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for growth and professional development
