We provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato, and other innovative mental health treatments. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Medical Front Desk Coordinator who is excited about helping others and growing with our organization. Position Summary The Medical Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in creating a positive patient experience. This individual will assist with scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, payment collection, and coordination of daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs Process patient check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and financial information Collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and outstanding balances Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Assist patients with intake paperwork and office procedures Process insurance verifications and prior authorization requests Respond to patient and pharmacy refill requests in a timely manner Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and patients Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system Assist with office organization and administrative projects as assigned Order office supplies as needed Support daily office operations and workflow efficiencyQualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiencyPreferred:
