Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist We are a privately-owned, family-friendly dental office looking to hire a Dental Front Office Receptionist with a good attitude, a positive outlook, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. The ideal candidate will be able to perform or learn to perform various tasks, including welcoming patients, verifying insurance coverage, scheduling appointments, and taking payments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry and who understands that the most important part of the job is keeping our patients happy and healthy. Applicants with experience in a dental setting are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls Scheduling appointments Managing necessary patient paperwork Answering patient questions Calling patients to confirm appointments Listening to and resolving patient issues Processing and posting patient payments Communicating with other staff members to coordinate patient care Other office-related tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good computer skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical setting preferred This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
