environment to fill our full-time position. Phone and people skills are a must, as well as a pleasant personality. Help create a pleasant working environment that is inviting, motivating, and attracts input for excellent office morale and culture. The responsibilities will be to welcome patients, check in patients, manage wait time, make sure the patient's paperwork is completed in a timely manner, check for treatment in the walkout for accuracy, schedule any upcoming needed appointments, collect patient payments, answer 4 telephone lines and maintain a comfortable waiting space for the patients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a cheerful disposition and will be responsible for multiple duties including: Knowledge of the Dentrix system is a plus Customer Service; acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal Respond to patient questions and/or concerns Answering Telephones Scheduling Appointments Confirming Appointments Follow up on no-shows/cancellations of Appointments Register Patients Post charges and payments to patient accounts Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients Must be detail-oriented and organized Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently as well as with a team Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
