Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management activities. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail Support office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining supplies, and overseeing clerical duties Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software when needed Provide customer support through effective communication, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or reception roles, preferably in medical or dental settings Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to grow their administrative skills within a supportive environment.
