If your answer is "Absolutely!" ...keep reading. Our privately owned pediatric dental practice is searching for a Spanish-English Bilingual Front Desk Superstar . You're much more than someone who answers phones—you set the tone for every family's visit. Our doctors fix teeth. You create first impressions. You'll fit right in if you: Actually enjoy talking to people. Can explain insurance without sounding like a robot. Stay calm when the schedule gets exciting. Love kids—even the ones who suddenly decide they don't love the dentist. Can switch between English and Spanish as naturally as switching between "Good morning!" and "¡Buenos días!" Your Mission Welcome every family like they're guests in your home. Keep our schedule running smoothly. Answer phones, texts, and questions with confidence. Verify insurance and explain financial information clearly. Check patients in and out with efficiency and accuracy. Collect payments and maintain organized patient records. Support our clinical team in creating five-star patient experiences.
