We offer a comprehensive range of cosmetic and insurance-based surgical and nonsurgical procedures in a structured, patient-centered environment, led by a board-certified plastic surgeon committed to delivering safe, comfortable care. Job Summary The Front Desk Coordinator delivers high-quality patient service, oversees front desk operations, manages appointment scheduling, and supports the administrative processes that keep the clinic running smoothly. This part-time, on-site role (up to 20 hours per week) suits someone with front desk experience in a surgeon's office who thrives in a detail-oriented, patient-centered setting and adapts easily as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Desk Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, polished demeanor Coordinate new and follow-up bookings through our EHR and scheduling platform Field a busy multi-line phone system and address patient questions Confirm and maintain accurate demographic and insurance records Process payments for consultations, procedures, and skincare purchases Office Operations & Support Handle daily opening and closing procedures for the office Build and update patient charts within the electronic medical record system Order supplies, track inventory, and liaise with outside vendors Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and fully stocked Coordinate closely with the clinical team to keep patient flow on schedule Marketing & Communication Monitor and log referral sources and inquiry patterns Help plan and staff patient events and internal promotions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field Minimum of three years of front desk experience working for a surgeon (plastic surgery experience preferred) Spanish fluency preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR platforms, email, and other standard office applications Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and reliability Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay composed in a fast-paced clinical environment Schedule Part-time, 20 hours per week Scheduled across two to three days, based on clinical needs Occasional evenings or weekends for events Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team and modern work environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced, high-end aesthetic practice Ideal Candidate Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions Able to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable in a fast-paced, upscale medical environment Professional, polished, and consistently positive in demeanor Dedicated to delivering top-tier, patient-centered service We look forward to meeting you!
