Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator Are you a friendly, organized, and compassionate professional who enjoys helping others? We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy medical office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service and patient care. What You'll Do Welcome and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Check in patients for both in-person and telemedicine appointments. Accurately enter and update patient demographic information. Scan and upload documents into the electronic health record (EHR/EMR) system. Assist patients with prescription and medication sample pick-up. Review provider schedules to verify insurance authorizations and outstanding balances. Collect co-pays and patient payments. Balance and secure the daily cash drawer. Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed. Verify insurance coverage for assigned provider schedules. Complete end-of-day reconciliation and balancing tasks. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Strong computer skills and experience working in a Windows-based environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail. The ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across the practice. A genuine commitment to serving as a patient advocate. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2-3 years of medical office experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EHR/EMR) systems is a plus. Work Environment This position is based in a professional medical office setting and involves frequent interaction with patients, providers, vendors, and team members. Daily responsibilities include both in-person and telephone communication in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Standard precautions are followed, with occasional exposure to conditions common in healthcare settings. Schedule Monday•Friday Rotating shifts:

6:30 AM•3:30
PM Mid:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Close:
8:30 AM•approximately 5:30 PM Dress Code Professional medical attire (scrubs) and name identification badge are required. Join Our Team!
