Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team! Duties Greet patients warmly at the front desk, managing check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments using our scheduling software Process medical billing Review and update medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with documentation review standards and clinical confidentiality policies Assist healthcare providers with clinical documentation, including referrals Handle phone communication professionally, scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and providing excellent customer service at all times Perform 02live oxygen therapy services Requirements Proven experience in a medical office setting or clinic environment with strong medical administrative support skills Knowledge of medical billing procedures Understanding of HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies to protect patient information Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite; ability to type quickly (10 key typing) and accurately Strong organizational skills for filing, documentation review, and managing medical records efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Clinic experience in healthcare settings is desirable but not required Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional demeanor Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate care while supporting our healthcare professionals! Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
