Medical Receptionist We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a welcoming experience for families in a fast-paced medical office. Responsibilities Greet patients and families in a professional and compassionate manner Answer phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance and collect patient information Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Assist with patient flow and communication between staff and families Handle general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry Qualifications Previous medical receptionist or front desk experience preferred Experience working with children or families is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge Professional appearance and positive attitude What We're Looking For Someone patient, upbeat, and compassionate with children Team-oriented and dependable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
