Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals
- Utilize phone systems and scheduling software to efficiently manage and update appointment schedules
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting, particularly in scheduling or administrative roles
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for effective appointment coordination
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, parents and dental staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
