Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals
  • Utilize phone systems and scheduling software to efficiently manage and update appointment schedules
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
  • Previous experience in a dental office setting, particularly in scheduling or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for effective appointment coordination
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, parents and dental staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
